Why Systematic Reviews?
Voluminous amount of information is available. Its unlikely to have time to go through all the literature and make healthcare decisions. Systematic Reviews seek to collate all evidence that fits pre-specified eligibility criteria in order to address a specific research question
This program will assist to answer the following questions -

1. How to arrive at a good research question for a systematic review?
2. How to prepare the search strategy?
3. What are the scales to be used for Risk of Bias Assessment?

The faculty/mentor has been a part of several Cochrane reviews and has published numerous systematic reviews and Umbrella reviews in high impact factor journals inclusive of Pediatric Dentistry, Dental Traumatology, European Archives of Paediatric Dentistry, Oral Health and Preventive Dentistry, Indian Journal of Pediatrics, etc. (3-4 hours interactive two days hands-on sessions).
During the training, time tested and proven templates will be provided to the team.
